This winter-toned teapot was created with the fire and ash inside the belly of La Serra Anagama wood-firing for 7 days in August 2024. Wheel thrown, faceted and expanded, hand-built spout and handle, and natural ash glaze. Texture and volume, like a winter squash, satin touch and inviting depth offer opportunity for discovery with every use. Hand punched strainer holes for steeping loose leaf teas. Approximately 5.5” x 4” x 4”
