Wood-fired for 7 days in an Anagama kiln to develop the natural ash glazed surface. Inspired from my time apprenticing in Yixing, China and daily tea rituals. Wheel thrown, wet faceted, and expanded to create rippled surface texture, with handbuilt spout and handle. Strainer holes for steeping loose leaf teas is standard on all my teapots. Approximately 5”x4”x4.5”
